Ros, Year 8 pupil & participant on a Cared for Children project
"The art project gave me the chance to make new friends, work as a team and try out loads of new art techniques.
Each week I looked forward to the sessions & was excited to show everyone what I'd made in my own time."
Caroline, Art on Prescription participant
"Before this project I was very isolated and depressed. The sessions helped me make to feel really connected to other people & my community. I grew in confidence so much that I was able to start my own business."
Angela, primary school teacher & delegate of teacher training modules
“Before the workshops with Art For You I felt I lacked the skills to teach the art sessions on the curriculum. After the workshops I was equipped with everything I needed. Even the children commented on how great my self portrait was!”
